Our work on the ground, consulting and implementing what we have learned and how the industry is moving. Paving the way for purposeful construction, we’re shifting the narrative from being solely focussed on the bottom line, to building for people and planet, too. We’re rethinking how we build, and ReFit is part of that, offering strategies, solutions, and end to end support to make a carbon conscious build or fit out that is future-fit.

Bringing reuse, repurpose, and regeneration into mainstream conversations and applications within construction. Proud partners of Rype Office, and considering the lifecycle of materials at every stage of build and fit, we are carbon conscious and proud to offer alternative solutions, materials, and end cycles for the materials in the workplace. Rather than thinking about secondhand or preloved, we look to vintage a reworked pieces, letting existing materials and items have a second life, a third, a fourth, bringing circularity into the mainstream for construction.

Changing the way we think, and challenging the way we work; paving the way for purposeful construction and building for the future. We work with leadership teams to challenge the norm and way of thinking, ripping up our 35 year old rule book and rewriting the way we think about workspaces and how we use them. Business as usual is over, and our role here is to shape new strategies, break down old opinions, and future-fit an industry that is as old as time.
